Established in 2003, Global Optics (Dongguan Lite Array Co. Ltd) has a registered capital of $14.6 million with over 900 employees. We specialize in producing intelligent monitoring products as well as high-resolution CMOS modules and corresponding solutions for mobile phones and portable devices. We are mainly producing door camcorders and wireless security systems as well as 1.3m, 2.0m and 3.0m auto focus webcams and its modules.
Our feature product currently in the works is the Intelli WebCam with a 1.3 Megapixel sensor. It has an automatic focus from 5cm to infinity. Auto-focus is a mechanical movement that allows our webcam to adjust automatically. Its camera lens focuses at the rate of 1 degree/second. So, starting from 5 cm distance, it can gradually make clearer visions in accordance to user's action to move closer or away from the webcam. It has digital zoom, auto white balance, a resolution of 1280 x 1024, a frame rate of full motion video going 30 frames per second, a microphone with noise suppression and a headset. Its PC platforms include Internet Explorer 5.5 or Netscape Communicator, Microsoft Windows XP, 200, NT4.0, ME and 98 as well as Linux and Mac OSX. We plan to start its production in September.
